A course of five playful sessions for parents and little ones to enjoy together

Introductory course 

Sundays 10.30-11.15 

April 7th-May 5th 

Ardour Academy - Units 14 and 15, The Globe Centre, Wellfield Road, Cardiff CF24 3PE

£45 per baby - parents go free! 

 

Suitable for babies 4-10 months and their parent (second parents or siblings also welcome - please contact us to discuss)

Led by dance facilitator and Contakids certified practitioner, Zosia Jo, these sessions combine contact improvisation, creative, somatic dance and baby sensory. The class is for the benefit of both parent and child the focus on non hierarchical play, safe movement practice and fun fun fun. You will get a gentle workout and a chance to move in new and experimental ways while your child's developing movement skills and all 8 (yes 8!) senses are stimulated.

Over the five week course we will repeat and practice various modes of physical play and rough and tumble activities to give you the confidence to practice at home and use various colourful props to give baby a special sensory experience. 

 

Please note the venue is upstairs so please bring babies in carriers or car seats. If you do need to bring a pram we can help you by pre arrangement.
